古典芸能・江戸浄瑠璃の《清元》をより多くの方々に知って頂きたい思いからホームページを開設致しました。 本サイトを通じて清元を身近に感じて頂き、たくさんの方と交流を持ち、演奏家として成長していきたいと思います。 どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

I establish this website because I would like many people to know “Kiyomoto,” Edo-joruri, one of traditional Japanese performance arts.
I hope you will feel familiar with Kiyomoto through this website. Then I would like to interact with many people and grow as a performing musician.

経歴

昭和58年2月8日生まれ。
東京都出身。
父は清元志寿子太夫。
祖父は人間国宝・芸術院会員・清元栄三郎。
曾祖父は人間国宝・芸術院会員・清元志寿太夫。
曾祖母は清元延香。
姉は清元延綾・義兄に今藤政貴・義父に今藤政太郎。
大叔父は清元小志寿太夫・清元志佐雄太夫・清元志寿朗・松永和佐次朗。
大叔母に中川とよ子。
親族に清元志寿雄太夫・清元美治郎・藤舎呂船・今藤美知・中川敏裕。
昭和60年2歳で清元延香に手ほどきを受け2歳7ヵ月で初舞台。
同時に清元志寿太夫からも教えを受ける。
平成元年より清元栄三郎に師事。
平成7年1月幼名・清元一を許され、平成10年9月に清元一太夫を名乗り歌舞伎公演初参加。
その他古曲荻江節も修め、荻江寿昇の名を許され、荻江節唄方も務める。

Relatives: Kiyomoto Shizuodayu, Kiyomoto Yoshijiro, Tosha Rosen, Imafuji Michi, and Nakagawa Toshiyu

I was given lessons by Kiyomoto Nobuka since I was 2 years old (in 1985), and my first appearance was at 2 years and 7 months old. Around the same time, I was also given lessons by Kiyomoto Shizutayu. Then I studied with Kiyomoto Eizaburo since 1989. In January 1995, I was permitted to take the name of Kiyomoto Hajime. In September 1998, I started to refer myself as Kiyomoto Ichitayu, and it was my first appearance of kabuki performance. Moreover, I had acquired Ogie-bushi (one of traditional Japanese music), so I was permitted to take the name of Ogie Juso. Thus, I also play a role as uta-kata (singer) of Ogie-bushi.

How about taking joruri (narrative music; students will sing) or shamisen lessons?
People tend to feel hesitant and to think it’s difficult to play, but there is nothing to worry about.
Letting out your voice in earnest makes you feel good and relieves stress!
Why don’t you try shamisen without worrying too much?
